FPA members wishing to cover this year's Edinburgh Festivals are invited to a pre-festival briefing with the heads of press of the Edinburgh Art Festival, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the Edinburgh International Festival and the Edinburgh International Book Festival. At the briefing attendees will hear the highlights of 2012 programmes as well as a taste of the eight further festivals that turn Edinburgh into a year-round festival city. Additionally Edinburgh Festival Cultural Olympiad and London Festival 2012 events will be highlighted.
The briefing will be conducted by Susie Burnet, Head of Communications at the Edinburgh International Festival, Neil MacKinnon, Head of External Relations at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Frances Sutton, Press Manager at the Edinburgh International Book Festival and David Sutton who looks after the Edinburgh Art Festival. After the briefing, press will be able to talk to each of the representatives of the festivals.
